This Privacy Policy explains how Fernando Frizzo (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the developer of Folio, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our mobile application. We are based in Australia and comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data (authentication record, business profile, invoices, clients, and settings) is permanently deleted within 7 days. See our account deletion page for details.

Folio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Some of our third-party processors (Firebase, RevenueCat, SendGrid) may process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Authentication credentials are managed by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in plain text.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top. Your continued use of the app after a change counts as acceptance.
